MANCHESTER, Tenn., Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews and Willie Nelson lead the confirmed lineup for the 3rd annual Bonnaroo festival June 11 through June 13 in Manchester, Tenn.

Bonnaroo, held in rural Tennessee, 60 miles south of Nashville, has become one of the largest U.S. music festivals, last year drawing more than 80,000 fans and grossing $11.5 million, Billboard reported Friday.

The 2004 version is set to surpass its former years, said Jonathan Mayers, president of co-producer Superfly, with increased acreage to accommodate up to 90,000 people and larger talent and production budgets.

"Operationally," Mayers said, "it should be a better-run festival than ever."

Other acts on the schedule include the Dead, Phish's Trey Anastasio, David Byrne, Wilco, Primus, Ani DiFranco, Government Mule, My Morning Jacket, the Black Keys, Kings Of Leon, Taj Mahal and Galactic.

Tickets, which go on sale Feb. 21 on the Bonnaroo Web site, will be priced at $139.50 and $164.50, up from $119.50, $134.50, and $149.50 for the 2003 event.
