LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- Francis Ford Coppola, has recorded exclusive promotion videos for Amazon.com.

"One From the Heart," his offbeat 1982 musical, has just been released on DVD, Video Business reports. In a four-minute video available on the Amazon Web site, Coppola speaks "directly to my fellow Amazon customers" about making the movie. In another one-minute clip, the director explains his decision to use the full-screen 1.33:1 aspect ratio for the film was in homage to the great 1930s musicals.

Now reassessed by many as one of his best works despite poor reviews at the time, the film which followed "Apocalypse Now" was quickly pulled from distribution. Set in Las Vegas and starring Teri Garr, Frederic Forrest, Raul Julia and Nastassia Kinski, with an Oscar-nominated Tom Waits soundtrack, the musical is the first DVD from Coppola's American Zoetrope label and features bonus footage.

Amazon previously videod deleted scenes from "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone".
