Twista claims top spot on Billboard 200

NEW YORK, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Twista's "Kamikaze" has taken the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, upsetting Outkast's solid hold at the top for the past few weeks.

"Kamikaze," the sophomore album by the Chicago-based rapper, sold 312,000 copies according to Nielsen Soundscan, Billboard reported Wednesday.

The new reign of "Kamikaze" at No. 1 knocked previous chart toppers down one slot, including Outkast's "Speakerboxx/The Love Below" which came at No. 2 after selling 85,000 copies. The Atlanta hip hop duo is a top nominee at Sunday's Grammy Awards.

"The Very Best of Sheryl Crow" fell one slot to No. 3 and Evanescence's "Fallen" dropped to No. 4 despite a six percent sales increase.

Rounding at the Top 10 are Ruben Studdard's "Soulful" at No. 5, Britney Spears' "In The Zone" at No. 6, Toby Keith's "Shock'n Y'all" at No. 7, the multi-artist "2004 Grammy Nominations" album at No. 8, Chingy's "Jackpot" at No. 9, and "NOW That's What I Call Music!" at No. 10.
