Baldwin, who said the film is based on his own idea, said he envisions the film as in "very street, old-school-type skateboarding film."
"Commercially, no one has accomplished something that truly speaks to the true subculture of skating," Baldwin said, though he would not give further plot details.
Baldwin is in Park City, Utah, this week for the Sundance Film Festival.
