NEW YORK, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Jam band String Cheese Incident is headed for its first European headlining tour, kicking off in Switzerland, before heading to other continents.

The two-month tour, beginning March 19 in Interlaken, Switzerland, will stop in European cities such as Munich, Hamburg, London and The Hague, before heading to Australia and Japan, Billboard reported Monday.

The Austalian leg includes the 15th annual International East Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Byron Bay on April 10 and 11. James Brown, the Waifs, the Black Keys, Solomon Burke, Richard Thompson, Taj Mahal and Dr. John are also on the bill for the five-day festival.

String Cheese Incident is touring in support of its fourth album, "Untying the Not," which was released in September in the United States. The CD debuted at No. 10 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums chart and has sold 38,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
