LOS ANGELES, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Former teen heartthrob Jason Priestley will next be seen spoofing the reality television genre in the made-for-TV comedy, "I Want To Marry Ryan Banks."

In the film, Priestley plays a washed-up movie star who goes on television in hopes of reviving his career -- sort of a cross between "The Bachelor" and "The Surreal Life."

The ABC Family original movie reunites Priestley with Emma Caulfield, the actress who played his girlfriend Susan on the long-running serial, "Beverly Hills, 90210."

Caulfield was last seen in the hit drama "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." Priestley has spent the past year recovering from injuries sustained in a racecar accident.

The movie airs Sunday.
