NASHVILLE, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Naomi Judd has authored a new book, "Naomi's Breakthrough Guide -- 20 Choices To Transform Your Life," available Jan. 5, her office announced Wednesday.

The book, a follow-up to her best-selling autobiography "Love Can Build A Bridge," is said to provide practical guidance and encouragement, as well as emotional, physical and spiritual tools that Judd has discovered during her lifetime.

The self-help manual discusses 20 conscious choices that give the reader the power to change the present and the future.

Judd was one-half of the award-winning country duo The Judds, which sold more than 20 million albums. She retired from the music business when she was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. Since being cured, Judd has become an author and broadcast personality.
