CHICAGO, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Blues queen Koko Taylor will appear on the PBS Television children's series "Arthur" on Friday Dec. 26 in an episode called "Big Horns George."
The program features a bear with Taylor's voice teaching George to play and sing the blues.
Taylor, who currently records for Alligator Records, said: "Children are tomorrow's generation and I'm doing the show for them. This is a wonderful opportunity to educate children about the blues."
"Arthur," based on Marc Brown's best-selling books, is one of the most watched PBS children's television programs, with more than 12 million weekly viewers.
