'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- North Dakota Gov. John Hoeven kicked off his bid for a second term Wednesday in a four-city tour across the state.
Hoeven, a Republican, was first elected in 2000, winning with 55 percent of the vote against former state Attorney General Heidi Heitkamp.
In 2000, George W. Bush defeated former Vice President Al Gore by a 61-to-33 percent margin.
