LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Pink, Evanescence, Sean Paul, 3 Doors Down and Rod Stewart have been added to the line-up of the American Music Awards.
The musicians will join previously announced performers Ashanti, Sheryl Crow, Hilary Duff, Alan Jackson, Kid Rock, Ricky Martin, Metallica, OutKast, Britney Spears and Ruben Studdard & Clay Aiken to perform live during the program.
Also scheduled to appear on the show as presenters are: Alabama, Dark Angel's Jessica Alba, NSYNC's Lance Bass & J.C. Chasez, Linkin Park's Chester Bennington, Bow Wow, Glen Campbell, Steven Curtis Chapman, Chevelle, The Shields' Michael Chiklis, Kelly Clarkson & Ryan Seacrest, Fabolous, Tom Green, Josh Groban, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Heather Headley, The Smothers Brothers and Kiefer Sutherland.
The American Music Awards honor the past year's top in contemporary music as voted by record-buyers.
