Pino joins 'Cold Case'

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Danny Pino has joined the cast of the new CBS crime drama, "Cold Case," Daily Variety reported.

Pino, who starred in the Fox pilot "NYPD 2069," makes his first appearance in the show's sixth episode, joining a cast that includes Kathryn Morris as a female detective in the Philadelphia Police Department's homicide squad who handles long-unsolved crimes. Pino will be her partner.

Pino's resume includes his role as Desi Arnaz in "Lucy," and also has appeared in "The Shield."
