Stern, ABC settle lawsuit

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Shock jock Howard Stern and ABC have settled their lawsuit over the ABC television show "Are You Hot?"

Stern claimed the show was a brazen rip-off of a segment from his syndicated radio show in which judges review a female contestant's physical attributes.

Details of the Los Angeles Superior Court settlement were not revealed.
