LOS ANGELES, July 8 (UPI) -- "The Osbournes" will return to MTV for 20 new episodes in early winter 2004.
The reality television show features Ozzy, Sharon, Jack, Kelly, and Robert as, in MTV's words, "they live, love, fight, make-up, and basically survive family life in Los Angeles."
Van Toffler, MTV president, said, "If you thought we wouldn't re-sign the Osbournes for another season, you're crazy. 'The Osbournes' is a bona fide hit on MTV and we will continue to work with the family to give our audience more of the rock star family drama that they crave."
After what MTV called "the initial media feeding frenzy" around the first season of "The Osbournes" in 2002, the show has become one of the highest rated series on the channel, averaging more than 3 million viewers an episode.
