The first award is a task order from the State Department's Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) to provide global information technology services.
Under the order, DynCorp International will modernize information technology at more than 300 posts and bureaus around the world. The work will be performed as part of the Vanguard 2.2.3 Global Information Technology Modernization program for classified and unclassified desktop and server equipment.
The five-year task order is worth $165 million.
"DI has a long history of providing support to the U.S. Department of State and we're thrilled to have the opportunity to expand that support by bringing information technology solutions wherever they are needed," said Chris Bernhardt, DynCorp International president and acting vice president, DynLogistics.
The second award is a $978,000 contract from the Army to provide land mobile radio support in Kosovo.
DI will repair and maintain Motorola land mobile radio equipment, transmission systems and airfield electronics in Kosovo uses by NATO forces in the country.
"We are excited to be expanding our footprint in Kosovo, where we have supported the U.S. Army and other customers for several years," Bernhardt said. "We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with NATO Kosovo Forces."
The contract has a base performance period of one year, plus two six-month options.
