WASHINGTON, March 21 (UPI) -- Counter-terrorism company A-T Solutions Inc. has been issued a task order by the U.S. Navy to provide support services in the battle against terrorism.
The services for the Naval Expeditionary Forensics and Biometrics program will include program management and technical support; engineering and technician services; logistical and installation services; deployment planning, execution and personnel support.
It will also include website and data management services; equipment, materials, and supplies management; explosive ordnance disposal support; and forensic services in the DNA, chemistry, firearm and tool mark, and latent print disciplines.

"Forensics and biometrics are especially essential to our nation's and allies' efforts to thwart terrorism and bring terrorists to justice."
The NEFB program provides full forensic and biometrics exploitation, analysis and research capabilities to support the Department of Defense and other operational entities worldwide in the areas of intelligence, security, stability and law enforcement.
The contract to A-T Solutions, worth $37 million, was awarded by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. The performance period was not disclosed.
