"This endorsement from the MAA reflects the quality of our RPA [remotely piloted aircraft] products and is another step toward delivering aircraft that meet the stringent airworthiness criteria demanded by international customers," said Frank W. Pace, president, Aircraft Systems, GA-ASI.

GA-ASI produces remotely piloted aircraft systems, radars, electro-optic and related mission systems solutions. Among its products are the Predator A, Predator B, Gray Eagle, the new Predator C Avenger and Predator XP.

The company said it continues to work with British organizations and its German and Dutch partners -- RUAG Aerospace Services GmbH and Fokker Technologies -- to define long-term solutions and enhancements for airworthiness to the NATO Standardization Agreements and U.K. Defense Standardizations for aircraft.
