The single-award, firm-fixed-price contract was awarded by the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division.

The Warfare Center Division focuses on the research, development, test, evaluation, in-service support, and disposal of energetics and energetic systems and provides information and technological solutions to detect, access, identify, disarm and dispose of explosive threats.
Leidos, formerly named Science Applications International Corp., changed its in September in connection with the spin-off of its former technical, engineering and enterprise information technology business.
