The award was given to the company by the General Services Administration under its Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract. It is for a one-year base performance period, with four one-year options.
The support will be for the Air Force's flight and maintenance training systems and simulators operated by the 902nd Mission Support Group's Randolph Trainer Division at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Booz Allen will function as the systems integrator to design, develop, procure, analyze, and support the systems.
The task award continues Booz Allen's engineering services to the 902nd Mission Support Group. Over the last four years, it has helped it in developing and fielding airborne and forward air control training systems.
"Our experienced team is ready to assist the 902nd Mission Support Group with the critical work of ensuring our Air Force gets the most value out of its investments," said Monty Montero, vice president, Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services.
