The services -- in areas such as software development and information infrastructure and maintenance -- will be provided under the department's Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II multiple-award, multiyear contract.
EAGLE II is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award with an estimated overall value of $22 billion over a seven-year period.

EAGLE II is a contract vehicle for acquiring technology support services in three functional areas -- service delivery, program support services, and independent test, validation, verification and evaluation. Attain will provide services in the service delivery area in support of software design, development and integration.
