Soltera to support SPAWAR info operations

HERNDON, Va., June 24 (UPI) -- A prime position on a U.S. Navy support services program for C5ISR has been given to Sotera Defense Solutions of Virginia.

The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic carries a cumulative value to all awardees of $900 million.

SPAWARSYSCEN said the Decision Superiority Pillar contract vehicle is for procurement of support services for the entire spectrum of interoperable command, control, communication, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance information operations.

Additional details were not disclosed.

Sotera Defense Solutions Inc. provides systems, solutions and services in support of the U.S. intelligence community, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and federal law enforcement agencies.
