BEIJING, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Products from Chinese military companies reportedly stirred interest at this year's International Defense Exhibition in the United Arab Emirates.

The China North Industries Corp. displayed two types of multi-barrel rocket launchers -- the SR5 and AR3, as well as its new CS/VA1 light firepower assault vehicle.

China Military Online reported the Poly Group's CS/VP3 anti-mine and anti-ambush vehicle attracted the most attention.

The China National Precision Machinery Import and Export Corp. showed off a series of systems: an integrated air defense system, an air-to-ground strike system, a system for coastal defense, an unmanned combat system and its security and defense system.

Other products on display at the exhibition this week in Abu Dhabi include the LY-80 medium-range missile system by China Aerospace Long-March International Trade Co. Ltd., which can detect multiple targets at a distance of more than 124 miles and simultaneously attacking a dozen of them.
