Earlier this month SAIC announced it had been awarded a prime contract by the U.S. Army National Guard to support its Enterprise Operations and Security Services concept and associated information technology.

The enterprise systems project is to evolve a traditional IT operation to include a services-oriented, Information Technology Infrastructure Library-based concept of operations with common engineering and engineering project support.

That IDIQ contract was also an indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity vehicle with a total value of $58 million.
