WARMINSTER, Pa., Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Fraser Optics, a Pennsylvania provider of hand-held gyro-stabilized optical products, has signed distribution agreements for U.S. military and civilian markets.
Safeware, Inc., which provides safety products and technical service to customers in the Industrial, government, military and response markets, will sell Fraser Optic's LE and Mariner Series binoculars and monoculars, which feature the company's STEDI-EYE Technology. The advancement removes 98 percent of image motion caused by hand tremor or platform movement.
Safeware is a U.S. Communities supplier partner for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Equipment and Services, a nonprofit government purchasing cooperative group that offers reduced costs on goods and services through competitively solicited contracts awarded by public agencies.
"This new relationship makes Fraser Optics' world-class products accessible to the trusted Safeware consumer and to the First Responder community through the U.S. Communities Contract," said Andrew Finn, president of Fraser Optics Commercial Division.
"This relationship expands our reach and strengthens our commitment to support our law enforcement and first responder professionals."
The second distributor is H.L. Dalis, the nation's oldest, multi-line wholesale distributor of consumer electronics and industrial electronics and a prime specialty supplier to many industries, including the cellular, automotive, broadcast, sporting military and marine trades.
