ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Lookingglass Cyber Solutions reports that its ScoutVision threat solution has been recognized by a U.S. publication.
The Homeland Security award, in the category of Data Fusion and Collaborative Analysis, was given by Government Security News.
ScoutVision provides continuous monitoring to alert customers of threats to their networks by infected or dirty partner and provider networks. The solution pinpoints the most relevant threats by revealing the entire cyberthreat landscape and creating context around emerging and persistent malicious activity, the company said.
"With each data breach that makes headlines, more and more companies are recognizing the dangers of doing business with an insecure organization," said Derek Gabbard, chief executive officer of Lookingglass Cyber Solutions. "ScoutVision empowers organizations with an unmatched view of the cyberthreat landscape and this award underscores the value this unique visibility provides to Lookingglass' customers."
