SRA said a definitive agreement with National Security Solutions' parent company, MorganFranklin, has been signed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of this month.
Financial terms of the arrangement weren't disclosed.

"This team brings world-class capabilities in a number of technical and functional domains and a strong professional reputation for surpassing customer expectations that will result in strategic growth opportunities for SRA."
NSS, which has 180 employees, has strong expertise in the areas of tactical command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, continuity of operations and emergency planning, information assurance and cybersecurity, intelligence analysis and project management office support, the company said.
