MILWAUKEE, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- A U.S. subsidiary of Sikorsky Aerospace Services is to be the exclusive distributor of F-16 and C-130 spare parts from the Eaton Corp.

The agreement between Derco Aerospace Inc. and Eaton is for three years for select international markets.

Products covered include items for hydraulic, fuel, electrical and conveyance systems; Teflon hose assemblies, quick-disconnect self-sealing couplings and a wide variety of power-management relays and illuminated switches.

"We are proud to have been selected for this exclusive distributorship," said Derco Aerospace President Brian Holt. "The new alliance will benefit international operators by providing superior service and responsive delivery of Eaton products.

"By leveraging Derco's customer relationships and opening new market opportunities, the agreement will enhance growth potential for both our companies."

"Extending Eaton's relationship with Derco through this venture will bring enhanced support to the international C-130 and F-16 communities," said Einar Johnson, vice president of Sales for Eaton's Aerospace Group. "This is also an opportunity for Eaton and Derco to expand our global presence as key suppliers of products and services for the military aftermarket."

Eaton and Derco already have an arrangement for repair and overhaul services for Eaton products.
