WASHINGTON, April 4 (UPI) -- Two U.S. companies are working to provide mobile fast analysis and decision-making products for explosive ordnance disposal and first-responder teams.

A-T Solutions Inc., an anti- and counter-terrorism professional solutions firm and Alluviam LLC said they signed an agreement to jointly market Alluviam's HazMasterG3 product, which is fully certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as approved anti-terrorism technology for HME, IED and CBRNE decision support.

"These products are not just a nice-to-have but are a vital part of any EOD operator's, war fighter's or first responder's tool kit when assessing threats or incidents related to homemade explosives and chemical weapons," said Dennis Kelly, president and chief executive officer of A-T Solutions.

HazMasterG3 is a mobile decision aid for incidents involving homemade explosives, improvised explosive devices, hazardous materials, and chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear explosives. It can be used with smartphones, laptops, tablets and net-centric environments.

Under the cooperative agreement, A-T Solutions will sell, market, train and support the products directly to end users.
