ARLINGTON, Va., March 29 (UPI) -- The U.S. Department of the Army's Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center is to receive engineering support from Subsystem Technologies Inc.

The company, which has headquarters in Virginia, said the contract to support the center in New Jersey is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award and carries a value of $49.5 million.

Under the contract, Subsystem Technologies will provide complex engineering services, technical assistance and incidental supplies in support of ARDEC programs.

Additional contract details were not disclosed.
