PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- McKean Defense Group LLC, which provides fleet services to the U.S. Navy, has announced the creation of two new units as a result of increased business.
The new divisions will focus on the needs of the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Crane and NSWC Carderock-Philadelphia.
Integrated Fleet Services Steve will specialize on integrating the engineering services of NSWC Carderock with Navy fleet support, in which McKean is involved. The second new unit is Crane Division.

Barry Gatewood, former program manager for Systems Integration and Test at Alion Science and Technology, has been hired as the vice president and division manager of McKean Defense's Crane division. He had previously held management positions with NSWC Crane and the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
