A-T providing counter-IED training support

WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Support for training to counter improvised explosive devices is to be provided to troops by A-T Solutions at the U.S. Army's Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

A-T Solutions, a leading anti- and counter-terrorism firm, said its new office at the Missouri base is in support of the Army's Maneuver Support Center of Excellence at the facility.

"We are excited to be joining the Fort Leonard Wood community as an industry leader in counter-IED training," said Dennis Kelly, president and chief executive officer of A-T Solutions.

"Our work here is critical to increasing the safety and security of our forces and we look forward to implementing a very successful program with our prime partner BRTRC."

BRTRC is a Virginia company that provides professional services to the U.S. government.

A-T Solutions said the mission support services contract is for five years.

The company provides similar services at other military facilities, such as Fort Benning, Ga.; Fort Lee, Va.; and Fort Irwin, Calif.
