USTC holdings, an investor consortium, acquired Xe Services, which was previously known as Blackwater USA, and subsidiary U.S. Training Center Inc., last December and formed a new board of directors to set strategic growth and operational direction.
The company focus is on domestic and international training and services related to counter-terrorism, force protection, law enforcement and security operations. Among its clients are the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State and various law enforcement agencies.
