HUNTSVILLE, Ala., June 9 (UPI) -- For a decade Chandler/May has supplied supplying major Ground Control Station subsystems to AAI Corp. for the U.S. military.

Chandler/May systems include the One System and ER/MP Ground Control Stations for the U.S. Army's One System Ground Control Station, the company reported Thursday.

Chandler/May has delivered its 300th Tactical GCS. The One System and ER/MP Ground Control Stations operate the payloads and operate the U.S. Army's and Marines Shadow systems as well as the Army's Gray Eagle unmanned aerial systems.

The Chandler/May OSGCS major subsystems are constructed and undergo preliminary testing at Chandler/May's facilities in Huntsville, Ala.

AAI Corp. will perform final integration tests before deployment the OSGCS systems are deployed to overseas bases.

Chandler/May also maintains a dedicated support facility to do revisions and upgrade work on GCS based on input provided from field operations.

AAI is expanding the GCS into other UAS platforms.
