The services would be provided as part of a five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract worth $650 million.
The contract allows BAE and four other companies to bid on a series of task orders for security services.
BAE said services to be provided include design, engineering, installation and ongoing maintenance to heighten electronic security at military bases and other government sites.
These services will cross the entire life cycle of small- to large-scale integrated systems, it said.
"These systems are critical to protecting the warfighter and Army assets, both here and abroad," said Richard Anderson, vice president and general manager of Integrated Technical Solutions at BAE Systems Support Solutions. "This award also further expands our support to the U.S. military in the area of infrastructure protection solutions."
