ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 4 (UPI) -- U.S. Strategic Command's joint training objectives will receive additional support from CACI International Inc. under a $22 million task order.
CACI said Wednesday that, under terms of the order, it will provide research, information analysis, exercise and training development and technical support for joint exercise and training execution and a wide range of training services.
"CACI's business with the United States Strategic Command enables us to continue our role supporting the nation's vital deterrence mission," said CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Cofoni. "By providing technical expertise for highly responsive training solutions, we are helping the command integrate its offerings with Joint Staff training requirements and synchronize them with Defense Department training goals that are key to national security."
The company said that for Joint Exercise and Training Support it is providing a team of subject matter experts in critical areas such as strategic deterrence and nuclear operations; space; cyberspace; and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
It is also giving USSTRATCOM essential expertise in communications, database management, and general exercise design, logistics and execution.
