FAIRFAX, Va., May 7 (UPI) -- The U.S. Special Operations Command selected SRA International Inc. to provide intelligence, logistics and financial support services to global missions.

Virginia's SRA, along with subcontractor General Dynamics Information Technology, were selected for a multiyear Global Battlestaff and Program Support contract vehicle.

"The SRA team looks forward to continuing its long-standing partnership with SOCOM," Gordy McElroy SRA National Security Sector senior vice president, said in a statement.

Under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity deal, SRA will provide SOCOM with acquisition and logistics support along with operations and intelligence services.

The IDIQ, worth an estimated $1.5 billion if all options are used, also includes support for the financial management and business operations requirements for SOCOM, which has headquarters at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.
