
ARLINGTON, Va., April 5 (UPI) -- The Software Engineering Institute has certified CACI International Inc.'s operations in the United States with a Maturity Level 3 rating.
CACI announced it U.S.-based operations recently received a Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integrated, or CMMI, Appraisal evaluating the company's processes.
Following the assessment, the Software Engineering Institute certified CACI with a Maturity Level 3. The standard, used for company evaluation by the U.S. Defense Department, certifies CACI's engineering and software capabilities among others as a high quality.
"We are very pleased to have achieved this significant milestone of CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating, as this accomplishment demonstrates a high level of process focus and increased customer alignment for the products and services we deliver," Bill Fairl, CACI U.S. operations president, said in a statement.
