ROUND ROCK, Texas, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- U.S. company Dell announced it has formed a partnership with Integrity Global Security to provide a next-generation desktop computer security solution.

Dell and Integrity announced the partnership in a move that makes Dell the exclusive provider of Integrity's separation kernel high value data protection solution. The partnership is part of an effort to address government agency computer security needs.

The new Dell-Integrity Secure Consolidated Client Solution is designed to offer government authorities a single secured computer system as opposed to the increasingly complex infrastructures currently used to protect data.

"Cybersecurity has become a major concern for the United States and other nations," Paul Kurtz, Integrity Global Security board of advisers member.

"Up to now, it has been a battle between offensive and defensive capabilities. Dell solutions secured with Integrity are anticipated to provide commercial systems with a level of security that was until now unavailable."
