
ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 2 (UPI) -- U.S. defense contractor CACI International Inc. has completed its acquisition of cybersecurity vulnerabilities detection solutions provider SystemWare Inc.
CACI announced in January its plans to acquire California-based SystemWare in a strategic move to strengthen its offerings for the Defense Department and intelligence community.
CACI said Monday it completed the purchase of SystemWare, a developer of monitoring and detection solutions that identify threats to critical networks and assets among other software and analytical toolsets.
"SystemWare's products and services complement CACI's information technology solutions and professional services to give us innovative new ways to help our clients solve their greatest challenges," Bill Fairl, CACI president of U.S. operations, said in a statement.
