
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Jan. 4 (UPI) -- U.S.-based video command-and-control technologies developer ComCam International Inc. has successfully completed its purchase of Pinnacle Integrated Systems.
ComCam announced its Pinnacle Integrated Systems acquisition was a moved to establish the company as a systems integration firm with a stronger portfolio market footprint.
By acquiring Pinnacle Integrated Systems, a correctional facilities security systems integrator, ComCam says it will strengthen its reach in the government security market among others.
"This acquisition makes us a premiere systems integration company with reach into correctional facilities markets, government channels and Sea Ports with proprietary products, patents and strong combined management," Don Gilbreath, ComCam chairman, said in a statement.
