ST. LOUIS, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Atlantic Inertial Systems has contracted St. Louis-based LaBarge to support missile and navigation programs with its circuit board assemblies.

LaBarge, a developer of electronic and electromechanical solutions, announced it was awarded the contract to support AIS with its reliability printed circuit board assemblies for the Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile, Evolved SeaSparrow Missile program.

The contract, expected to begin in January, also includes delivery of circuit board assemblies for the Common Air Launched Navigation System program.

Officials say work on the $2 million deal for circuit board assemblies will take place at LaBarge's Oklahoma-based operations "through May 2011," a news release said.
