BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Rolls-Royce has extended its contract with U.S. company Enigma Inc. to continue providing service and repair information on military engines.

Enigma was contracted by British company Rolls-Royce to provide its integrated browser-based technology that pulls military engine content from multiple sources that specifies service and repair information among other technical details.

Under the three-year contract, Enigma says it will upgrade its current application and also produce a quarterly publication with updates. The service and repair content application is designed to save contractors time by quickly producing critical information by engine serial number.

"Companies that manufacture and service equipment for the military understand the importance of enabling their customers to quickly locate the most accurate and up-to-date repair and service information," Jonathan Yaron, Enigma chief executive officer, said in a statement.

"Our continued relationship with Rolls-Royce, as well as our recent successes in the commercial aviation and automotive industries, demonstrates growing recognition of the value of Enigma's parts and service applications."
