SAIC will provide technical analysis and risk assessments to support the missile systems center independent readiness review team.

The Missile Systems Center works on the sustainment and maintenance of military satellite constellations and other space programs within the U.S. Department of Defense.

SAIC will also work with the review team on assessments of the space system and its related software, ordnance and structural mechanics.

"We look forward to continuing our support of the IRRT as they work to ensure SMC mission success by identifying potential technical and safety issues and recommending mitigation approaches that lower flight risk," said Tony Moraco, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
