LOS ANGELES, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Germany-based defense equipment firm Centurio has signed an agreement to distribute biological weapons detection systems from Universal Detection Technology.
U.S. company and developer of early-warning threat detection technologies UNDT signed the agreement with Centurio to distribute the company's Bio-Weapons Detection Systems.
Officials say the UNDT Bio-Weapons Detection Systems, designed to support military, first responders and homeland security authorities, will include the company's 5-agent bio-detection kits.
"We are very excited about the opportunity to be working with Centurio," Jacques Tizabi, UNDT chief executive officer, said in a statement.
"They bring a vast network of international customers including NATO armed forces."
