FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 17 (UPI) -- The U.S. Air Force has contracted Adayana Government Group to establish methodologies for education and training initiatives.

U.S. company Adayana was awarded the contract from the Air Force Air Education and Training Command as part of the Air Force's 2.0 effort. Under the contract, Adayana will provide evaluation services for current initiatives that support Air Force 2.0.

Officials say Adayana will then work to establish methodologies and tools to support desktop simulations, gaming scenarios, and professional and social networking applications among other next-generation training initiatives.

"This sophisticated approach to selection and implementation of advanced learning technologies will help forge an approach to education and training that will support the Air Force in its mission as the premiere air, space, and cyberspace power," Jeff Kidwell, Adayana Government Group president, said in a statement.
