JOHNSTOWN, Pa., July 9 (UPI) -- Concurrent Technologies Corp. has been contracted to provide the Naval Installations Command with management support services.

U.S. company CTC was awarded the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound. Under the deal, worth as much as $21 million if all options are exercised, CTC will provide the commander, Naval Installations Command and Commander in the Navy's Northwest region with support.

Officials say CTC work on the contract will include business and project-management services among other requirements and will be conducted at the company's office in Washington state.

"This office has a long history of support rated excellent by the U.S. Navy, and we are looking forward to continued outstanding service over the total three-year period of performance under this new contract," Edward Sheehan, CTC president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.

"We are confident in our ability to develop and implement transformational methodologies to improve shore installation management for the U.S. Navy."
