
LOS ANGELES, July 8 (UPI) -- U.S. company Scalable Network Technologies Inc. announced it has been awarded a grant to advance a Joint Tactical Radio System real-time analysis.
SNT was awarded a Small Business Innovation Research phase 2.5 grant to continue its development of a live-virtual-constructive test architecture for the Joint Tactical Radio System.
SNT's phase 2.5 grant, a follow-on from phase I and II awards, is co-sponsored by the Army Test and Evaluation Command, the Joint Tactical Radio System Program Executive Office, Modeling & Simulation Office, and the Army Training and Doctrine Command.
According to a news release, the grant funding is part of an effort to create an "enterprise solution for network communications simulation for Joint Tactical Radio System Ground Mobile Radio testing, training and experimentation."
