FREMONT, Calif., July 6 (UPI) -- U.S. company Aehr Test Systems has received a contract to support complex logic reliability testing for military and aerospace applications.

Aehr announced it has been contracted by an undisclosed aerospace company based in the United States to deliver its Advanced Burn-in and Test System.

Company officials say the ABTS, part of Aehr's family of hardware and software architecture testing products, will go to support reliability testing through its burning-in and testing high pin count logic devices configuration.

"This will be our first shipment of a high pin count system," Greg Perkins, Aehr Test Systems vice president of worldwide sales and service, said in a statement.

"It will be used for reliability testing of complex logic for aerospace and military applications."
