SEOUL, May 28 (UPI) -- South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun apologized to the nation Wednesday for an alleged bribery scandal and real estate fraud involving his older brother. But Roh denied any wrongdoing in real estate transactions and said he had nothing to hide.
