Iran's leader urges Iraqis to stop anarchy

TEHRAN, April 13 (UPI) -- Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Sunday called on the Iraqis to observe "Muslim brotherhood" and avoid lawlessness. The appeal was made in a message broadcast on state media amid reports of looting across Iraq.
