Israel: No talks yet with Palestinians

WASHINGTON, March 31 (UPI) -- Israel's new foreign minister, Silvan Shalom, said on Monday that his government wouldn't move yet to hold negotiations with the Palestinian Authority. He said that condition would apply unless attacks against his country's civilians end.
